我的技术栈：前端用 Vue.js 和 Nuxt.js，后端用 FastAPI 和 Python，数据库用 PostgreSQL；当项目真正需要具备上下文理解能力的 AI，而不只是挂个流行词时，我会用 LangChain/RAG。

从 2021 年到 2024 年，我为 Wordminds/Travod 翻译平台构建并维护了 Vue.js 前端和 Ruby on Rails 后端，其中很大一部分时间用于优化 RESTful API 和响应速度。
我最引以为豪的项目是 BodyLevelUp ——一个我为妻子的健身教练事业打造的全栈 AI 健身指导平台。它基于 LangChain、ChromaDB 和 Ollama 构建的 RAG 系统运行，因此它真正了解她课程的具体内容，而不是给出泛泛的回答——这正是我所说的「实用 AI」而非「为了 AI 而 AI」的最佳例子。
我的正式基础是 Microverse 超过 1,300 小时的全栈 Web 开发密集课程，在那里我认真钻研了算法、数据结构，以及如何在完全远程的团队中高效协作。
我的工作方式
- 解决实际问题的 AI 只有当某个功能真正需要具备上下文理解能力的回答时，我才会使用 LangChain 和 RAG，而不是把它当作贴在普通 CRUD 应用上的流行词。
- 全栈掌控，而非只做擅长的部分 数据库设计、后端 API，以及使用它们的前端，都由我一手负责，确保交接过程中不会丢失细节。
- 不会让你半夜三点被叫醒的部署 使用 Docker 和 Nginx，配置好之后系统能稳定运行，无需时刻盯着。
